September 17, 2026 - December 1, 2026 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting operations in The Woodlands, TX. This role will manage recruiting activities for assigned areas and regions, develop qualified candidate pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, and ensure an efficient, consistent, and compliant recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong sourcing capabilities, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment vendors. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruiting process for assigned areas and regions, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.

Maintain and update recruiting activity reports to provide transparency and support informed decision-making.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and key stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment operations.

Utilize approved recruitment vendors, job boards, and recruiting tools in accordance with company processes and requirements.

Serve as a liaison with third-party staffing agencies, vendors, and external recruitment partners.

Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as the primary tool for managing recruiting activities and maintaining accurate candidate information.

Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for frequently needed positions.

Implement strategic staffing initiatives and recruiting projects to support a continuous pipeline of skilled talent.

Review internal compensation information and collaborate with regional HR partners to develop competitive and equitable offers.

Develop creative sourcing and recruiting strategies for challenging locations and hard-to-fill positions.

Source and identify candidates through ATS databases, job boards, career fairs, networking, and other recruiting channels.

Manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and service levels.

Provide consultative recruiting support to hiring managers and stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Strong experience with candidate sourcing, recruiting, and talent pipeline development.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting databases.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent multitasking, prioritization, communication, and consultative skills.

Ability to develop and execute creative recruiting strategies for challenging locations.

Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

Understanding of applicable employment laws and recruiting practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Taleo and/or Cornerstone.

Experience in the Industrial Gas industry or a similar industrial environment.

Advanced knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to employment practices.

Experience managing third-party recruiting agencies and staffing vendors.

Experience supporting strategic staffing initiatives and workforce planning.

Experience with compensation data and offer development.
