We're looking for a Corporate Recruiter to own talent acquisition across our organization; from the drivers and production staff who keep our routes and plants running, to the outside sales reps who grow our book of business, to the corporate roles that support it all. This is a hands-on, on-site management role based at our Petersburg, VA headquarters: you'll run the day-to-day recruiting operation and report to senior leadership. Core Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting, end to end. Manage requisitions from intake through offer for roles across every business line — sales, drivers/CDL, production and facility staff, service technicians, and corporate — partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and build a realistic hiring plan. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning. Work closely with branch and department leaders across our service centers to anticipate hiring needs and turn business growth and turnover trends into proactive staffing plans rather than reactive fire drills. Build and run the candidate pipeline. Develop sourcing strategies, manage the ATS/CRM, and build a bench of qualified candidates — particularly for hard-to-fill roles like new-business sales and CDL/route positions — so open seats don't sit open. Shape employer brand and candidate experience. Own how candidates experience Mohenis Services from first touch to first day, including job postings, interview logistics, offer negotiation, and feedback loops that keep top candidates engaged instead of walking away. Own recruiting metrics and continuous improvement. Track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire; report results to leadership monthly; and use that data to keep refining process, tools, and sourcing channels. Must-Have Technical Skills Applicant Tracking System (ATS) fluency — hands-on experience managing requisitions, candidate workflows, and reporting inside an ATS; comfortable configuring pipelines rather than just using out-of-the-box defaults. Advanced sourcing skills — proficiency with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and passive-candidate outreach; able to build a pipeline for a role with no inbound applicants, not just screen the ones who apply. Recruiting analytics and reporting — comfortable in Excel or similar tools building and reading pipeline, funnel-conversion, and cost-per-hire reports, and using them to make the case for changes in strategy. Nice-to-Have Skills CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) — using CRM tools to manage candidate relationships and talent communities over time, the same way a sales team manages a pipeline of prospects. Bilingual (English/Spanish) — a real plus given the diversity of our frontline and field workforce, but not required to be considered for this role. Compensation & Day-to-Day, Transparently This is a hands-on management role based full-time, on-site at our Petersburg, VA headquarters — you'll be in the building running recruiting day to day, not working remotely. This role is offering a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 range, depending on experience, plus our standard benefits package (medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation). Day to day, expect a mix of: 65% hands-on recruiting (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates across multiple open roles at once), 20% partnering with on-site hiring managers on workforce planning and process improvement, and 15% reporting and administrative work in the ATS/CRM. Occasional travel to our other service centers and attendance at in-person hiring events should be expected, but this role is anchored at Petersburg.
