What You Will Be Doing:

Build relationships with local colleges, universities, senior organizations, retirement communities, community centers, trade schools, and other community partners. Recruit college students seeking flexible caregiver positions that work around their class schedules, as well as active retirees looking for meaningful part-time opportunities. Develop creative recruiting partnerships with organizations that connect you to students, retirees, and other individuals seeking flexible employment. Represent the Company at career fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities. Develop long-term community partnerships that create ongoing recruiting opportunities and help grow our caregiver team. Assist with digital recruiting efforts using social media and online job platforms. Work proactively to identify new recruiting opportunities throughout the community.
