You will play a critical role sourcing, engaging and attracting talented candidates for our growing organization across diverse industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, high-energy professional who's passionate about talent management. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Craft job descriptions and postings to attract the right candidates
• Develop a pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities Full Recruitment Life Cycle Management
• Manage job postings across external job boards, social media and the ATS
• Stay engaged with hiring managers to fill talent needs throughout the organization
• Work with hiring managers to ensure first day readiness Candidate Experience
• Ensure positive candidate experiences
• Maintain timely communication and feedback through the hiring process
• Exhibit company culture and values during the recruiting process Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
• Track and analyze recruitment KPIs Qualifications Experience
• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries
• Proficiency in talent acquisition tools including ATS
• Experience in campus recruitment
• Knowledge of employment and labor law
• Exception communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail Education
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred License/Certification
