This individual manages high-priority initiatives from conception through execution, coordinates cross-functional projects, drives operational excellence, oversees key recruiting ( for advisors & financial centers) and sales initiatives and serves as a trusted advisor to the VP. The role requires exceptional judgment, business acumen, organizational leadership, and the ability to independently drive projects from Point A through Point Z with minimal oversight.

Salary range is between $85k and $95k annually, however, it is ultimately determined by the scope of the position the candidate's relevant experience, credentials/certifications, and internal equity. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Drive executive meeting preparation, establish strategic agendas, facilitate follow-up, and ensure accountability for action items across departments. Design and oversee executive recruiting experiences, ensuring a highly coordinated, white-glove candidate experience that reflects the organization's culture and strategic priorities. Own the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of national recruiting events, executive presentations, webinars, and strategic recruiting campaigns. Executive Partner Responsibilities Serve as the primary strategic advisor and thought partner to the Vice President of Retail Sales. Anticipate organizational needs and proactively identify solutions before issues arise. Represent the Vice President in meetings and cross-functional initiatives when appropriate. Ensure executive priorities remain aligned across departments. Business Development Analytics Independently lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation. Develop project plans, establish milestones, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution. Remove obstacles and drive accountability across multiple business units. Prepare executive-level recommendations supported by data and business analysis. Lead all new advisors through the transition process. Lead the creation of materials from an idea for various conferences & webinars. Cross Functional Leadership Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Recruiting, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Transitions, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. Organize and prepare training for Recruiting & Sales Teams on products & technology Create & Process NDA's, Amendments, Loans and other advisor documents Create reporting to analyze Redtail and Salesforce goals and opportunities Executive Communications Draft executive communications, presentations, proposals, business cases, and Board-quality materials. Develop executive briefing documents and talking points. Business Intelligence Develop executive dashboards that provide actionable insights into recruiting performance, advisor pipeline health, Financial Center growth, sales activity, and operational metrics. Analyze trends and provide strategic recommendations to improve recruiting effectiveness and business performance. Process Improvement Evaluate existing business processes and implement scalable operational improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and organizational effectiveness. Identify automation opportunities through CRM platforms, AI tools, and workflow optimization. Implement AI tools for analyzing recruiting and sales pipelines and results Implement Note taking AI tools and be able to train teams with AI tools Decision Support Conduct research and business sales analysis to support executive decision-making. Develop recommendations based on financial, operational, and recruiting data. Development of departmental presentations for HOV's Analize needed training for Sales & Recruiting teams Accountability Track strategic initiatives across departments and hold stakeholders accountable for commitments, deliverables, and deadlines. Education Qualification Standards:
Education, Licenses, Work Experience, Etc. Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel Having a working knowledge of database management (Salesforce), or FINTRX is desired Experience with using AI such as ChatGPT Bachelor's Degree Preferred 3+ years of direct experience with an RIA or Broker/Dealer Financial Services Firm License and/or
Certification Information:
FINRA S6 and/orS7 are highly desired.
