The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruiting and human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation, communication skills, and expertise in HR technology platforms. The Human Resources / Recruiting Manager will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the company's growth objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management and succession planning. Lead recruitment efforts through internal sourcing, ATS management, campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and social media management.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process:
sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Oversee employee orientation programs and training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements affecting HR practices. Administer HRIS systems for employee data management and reporting. Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism; facilitate conflict resolution and maintain positive relationships across departments. Manage contracts, employee evaluations, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Lead HR sourcing efforts through research and cold calling to identify top talent pools. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and lead generation strategies to meet organizational staffing needs. Maintain accurate records related to contracts, benefits administration (Paychex), and compliance documentation. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong background in recruiting (technical recruiting preferred). Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law and payroll systems (Paychex). Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, internal recruiting, and social media management. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong communication skills for relationship management across all levels of the organization. Ability to lead training & development programs as well as succession planning initiatives. Strong research abilities to support HR sourcing strategies and lead generation efforts. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications are a plus. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
