We are ready for a manager who can bring strong day-to-day leadership to the team while continuing to recruit and stay close to the work. Reporting to the Director of Talent, this manager will provide thoughtful oversight for a strong team. You will understand each person's strengths, align work and development opportunities, remove obstacles, and help the team contribute at an even higher level. You will also recruit an assigned portfolio of salary positions, because we believe strong recruiting leaders should keep their skills sharp and understand the work firsthand. Another important part of this role is improving the candidate and new-hire experience, beginning with Operations. You will use data, feedback, and direct observation to find where communication, participation, or handoffs break down and help the team build better practices. You will also build

Working with department leaders, you will create hands-on training and cross-training opportunities that help employees develop toward skilled, hard-to-fill roles. Participants who earn the opportunity can move into an Associate position. Those who do not will still return to their teams with useful skills and a better understanding of the business. The program may later expand to include internships and other early-career pathways. The Work You Will Lead You will provide the coordination that helps Talent Acquisition stay focused, responsive, and connected. That includes clear priorities, thoughtful use of team capacity, consistent communication, useful coaching, and attention to feedback from employees, candidates, new hires, and leaders. You will protect what already works well while helping the team make targeted improvements where they will add value. Where You Will Make an Impact Leading the team's daily work across high-volume Operations hiring and professional recruiting Understanding each team member's strengths and aligning work so their talents are used more fully Coaching recruiters and coordinators so they continue growing in confidence, judgment, and capability Managing salary searches assigned by the Director from intake through accepted offer Improving candidate communication and the new-hire experience from application through day one Creating Built From Within Associate tracks that develop internal talent for skilled, hard-to-fill positions Partnering with departments to define training, milestones, feedback, and readiness for Associate opportunities Partnering with Operations and Human Resources leaders to plan ahead and solve hiring problems early Protecting process integrity through accurate applicant records, appropriate review, rehire checks, and clear documentation Using employee, candidate, new-hire, and leader feedback, supported by relevant data, to improve experiences and programs Making focused improvements that build on the team's strong foundation without creating unnecessary systems or work What You Bring You are an experienced recruiter and people leader who enjoys both coaching a team and filling roles. You know how to translate a broad goal into clear daily priorities, recognize what capable people do best, and create opportunities for them to contribute and grow. You follow through, communicate directly, and bring sound judgment to changing needs. You have supported high-volume or operational hiring and personally recruited professional positions. You are comfortable with recruiting systems and data, but you do not lose sight of the person behind each application.
