Our company supports independent insurance agents and brokers across the region by providing resources, recruiting, partnership development, and marketing support. This role is the backbone of our growth strategy. In this position, you will own agent recruiting initiatives, develop relationships with insurance partners (CPAs, financial advisors, attorneys), manage our social media and newsletter communications, and report on key metrics that drive our business. You will work directly with our leadership team and have real ownership over projects that impact our agency network. What You Will Do Agent Recruiting Source and screen independent insurance agents and brokers for partnership with our agency Manage recruiting pipeline, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding Track and follow up on leads to convert prospects into contracts Measurables & Reporting Compile and report on key recruiting and partnership metrics Create monthly and quarterly reports to track progress and identify trends Maintain accurate CRM and data records for tracking Relationship Development & Field Engagement Plan and execute business visits and engagement events with partners Build and nurture relationships with referral partners (CPAs, financial planners, attorneys, etc.) Ensure alignment and strengthen partnerships through regular communication Newsletters & Content Create and manage newsletters for agents, partners, and clients Develop educational content and marketing materials Manage copy, design, and distribution Social Media & Brand Visibility Manage company social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) Create posts for recruiting, agency news, and company culture Monitor engagement and grow our following Who You Are College degree with at least 1-2 years of professional work experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with social media, Google Suite, and basic digital tools Organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple priorities Enjoy building relationships and meeting people Self-motivated and resourceful—comfortable taking initiative Insurance industry knowledge is a plus, but not required—we will train Preferred Qualifications Experience in marketing, recruiting, communications, sales support, or business development Familiarity with CRM software or data tracking systems Social media or content creation experience What We Offer Competitive Compensation $42,000 - $47,000 base salary, plus performance-based incentives for recruiting and partnership development success.
