About the

Role:

We are a growing staffing agency looking for a hands-on Recruiting Manager to lead, support, and motivate our team of recruiters. In this role, you will ensure our clients' hiring requests are filled quickly with top talent while helping our internal team grow and succeed.

What You Will Do:

Manage daily operations for a team of recruiters. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and daily support to the recruiting team. Monitor team performance to ensure client openings are filled efficiently. Act as a point of escalation to solve recruiting roadblocks and challenges. Help maintain high standards of quality and candidate satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

A motivated Responsible and well organized individual with prior managing experience. Experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Deep understanding of high-volume recruiting and client management.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
