If that describes you, we need to talk! What your day will look like: Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding across multiple departments across the country. Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and workforce plans. Manage internship recruiting and engagement programs. Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee integration initiatives. Support employee engagement, recognition programs, internal communications, and company events. Monitor recruiting metrics, market trends, and compliance with employment laws and hiring practices. Strengthen employer branding through candidate engagement, university outreach, and professional networking.

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or employee engagement. Proven success with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and relationship-based hiring. Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and employer branding initiatives.
