Job Description

We're looking for a knowledgeable and hands-on Program Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Owns curriculum delivery and compliance, including accreditation standards, attendance and completion recordkeeping, and lab safety. Manages instructor staffing and scheduling, including hiring, certification currency, lesson plan quality control, and sub coverage. Runs cohort logistics, including enrollment, scheduling, and equipment and lab availability. Owns outcomes reporting, including completion rates, job placement, and employer feedback, since these are the numbers accreditors and funding sources will audit. Owns program P&L, including budget, cost per student, instructor cost ratios, and margin, and is accountable for hitting financial targets, not just enrollment or completion targets. Overall Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 5-7+ years of progressively responsible experience in education, workforce development, vocational training, higher education, or technical training operations. 3-5+ years leading managers, instructors, or multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated experience with accreditation, compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements. Experience managing operational budgets and financial performance. Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), student information systems, learning management systems, and reporting tools.
