What You'll Do Coach and mentor our field technicians Conduct ride-alongs and quality inspections Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training Solve customer and employee concerns with professionalism Help improve systems and processes Foster a positive, accountable, and encouraging team culture This Role Is a Great Fit If You... Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$60,000-$75,000 , based on leadership experience and demonstrated success.
