Develop and implement the training calendar to ensure regular rhythms of growth opportunities along the disciple-making pathway. Equip trainers and coordinators of learning environments.

Faculty Assignments:

Assign teachers to scheduled courses on the training calendar.

Growth Plan Coordination:

Responsible for ensuring that all classes are compatible and accelerating peoples progress through their Growth Plan.

Leadership and Development:
