We're currently hiring an Entry Level Enrollment Associate to represent Kinetic Fiber, helping customers explore high-speed internet solutions while developing valuable skills in customer relations, communication, and business development. No prior experience is required; we provide the training and support needed for your success. Responsibilities Meet with prospective customers to introduce Kinetic Fiber products, services, and current promotions. Educate customers on available internet solutions and recommend options based on their individual needs. Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring all required information is accurate and complete. Answer customer questions professionally and provide clear, knowledgeable product information. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building trust through friendly and reliable service. Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and enrollment procedures through ongoing training. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and contribute to overall office success. Maintain accurate enrollment records while following company policies and quality standards. Continuously develop communication, customer service, and business development skills through coaching and mentorship. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching. Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented. Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required—we provide comprehensive training.
