Job Description

Youth Development Job Description Effectively implement and administer programs, services, and activities for members and visitors

Develop and utilize programs that are fun and engaging that fits the area you are in
Monitor and evaluate programs to ensure the safety of members
Maintain a ratio of staff to members at 1:20
Create, post, and follow weekly lesson plans for multiple areas
Thorough knowledge and ability to program in multiple areas throughout the club
Implement set programs such as Healthy Habits, Smart Moves, Power Hour, and others
