We're launching a new Air Purification Division and looking for ambitious, sales-minded leaders who want the opportunity to build, manage, and eventually operate a successful team. This is not a traditional office-management position. Our managers learn the business from the ground up—starting with customer acquisition, in-home product demonstrations, sales, and referrals before advancing into recruiting, training, team development, and division leadership. If you have experience leading people, closing sales, building teams, or growing a territory, this could be your opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding division.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
How to conduct professional in-home HYLA Air & Health demonstrations How to educate homeowners about indoor air quality and healthier living How to deliver compelling presentations and close high-ticket sales How to generate leads, referrals, and repeat business How to recruit, train, and develop new representatives How to manage team performance and daily activity How to build and operate a profitable sales territory How to advance into full division leadership
COMPENSATION AND OPPORTUNITY
