SUMMARY OF DUTIES

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the subject mter expert in managing the SF Squadron program to include Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) deployments, formal training programs, and readiness and emergency management. Provides guidance and recommendions to the squadron commander on all aspects of SF programs for military personnel management, budget and management analysis, training, and training resources for drill-stus personnel. Reviews all operions, mobility, contingency, and exercise plans to ensure comb readiness for the SF Squadron. Responsible for proper security, classificion, and storage of classified documents. Oversees the coordinion, review, and implemention of SF manning authorizions and military personnel assignments. Serves as the SF commander's key staff member responsible for the overall management of the unit-training program by overseeing the planning, organizing, directing, opering, and evaluing all unit training reled items. Serves as the subject mter expert and consultant to the unit commander on all mters pertaining to the availability and management of the SF training program to meet the needs of the organizion and mission. Develops, administers, and oversees the management of the unit's training programs to supervisors. Directs the certificion testing (CERTEST) program. Performs other duties as assigned. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Must have least one year of experience equivalent to least next lower grade level. Experience, educion or training in collecting and analyzing da effectively, efficiently, and accurely. OTHER REQUIREMENTS

For positions requiring the operion of motor vehicles, candides must have a valid ste driver's license for the ste in which they live or are principally employed. For positions requiring a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) the applicant must possess or be able to obtain a clearance within one year of appointment.

MILITARY TECHNICIAN COMPATIBILITY POSITION
