Position Summary BES Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist -Fielding & Equipment Training III to support Army equipment fielding and New Equipment Training activities at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. This senior-level position will support planning, programming, coordination, and execution of fielding and training operations and interface with Army organizations and receiving units. Security Clearance Active SECRET security clearance required at the time of employment/start of contract performance. Candidate must be able to maintain the required security clearance throughout employment. Duties and Responsibilities Provide senior-level logistics expertise for equipment fielding and training. Plan, program, coordinate, and execute fielding operations. Support development and execution of New Equipment Training. Conduct strategic and campaign planning. Prioritize receiving organizations and develop fielding execution plans. Support stock-level management, accountability, and shortage management. Prepare and deliver program briefings. Coordinate with ASAALT, AMC, Army Commands, and receiving units. Support Materiel Fielding Plans and New Equipment Fielding Plans. Support total-package fielding and GFE tracking. Maintain accurate property-accountability information. Oversee equipment issue in accordance with approved Basis of Issue. Assist with establishment, vetting, and training of fielding teams. Support NET and other PM training requirements. Preferred Qualifications Army fielding and New Equipment Training experience. Experience supporting receiving units during equipment fielding. Property-accountability experience. Experience with Materiel Fielding Plans and training packages. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following: Bachelor's Degree and more than 10 years of relevant experience; or 15 or more years of relevant experience. Special Knowledge / Qualifications Certified Trainer with a minimum of six months of training time. Experience using Logistics Automated Systems. Prior jump certification when required for the assigned position.

Pay:

$96,000.00 - $109,000.00 per year
