Pay Range:

$52,457.60 - $78,686.40

Summary:

The Revenue Cycle Training & Development Coordinator is responsible for identifying organizational training needs, developing and delivering effective training programs, and evaluating their success. This role plays a vital part in enhancing employee performance, supporting career development, and fostering a culture of learning and engagement across the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

Identifies training and development needs through collaboration with leaders and employees. Designs, develops, and delivers engaging training sessions, workshops, and materials (e.g., presentations, videos, interactive tools). Evaluates training effectiveness and adjust programs to ensure ongoing improvement and alignment with business goals. Supports employees in adapting to evolving job requirements due to changes in technology, workflows, or business processes. Assists in the creation and maintenance of job aids, process documentation, and other learning resources. Promotes a positive learning culture by encouraging continuous development and growth opportunities. Supports the implementation of policies and procedures that reinforce organizational and departmental objectives. Partners with department leaders to coordinate employee engagement initiatives. Contribute to the planning and execution of employee recognition programs, morale-boosting events, and internal communications to strengthen team cohesion and retention. Stay current with industry trends/developments and applicable technology and software updates to recommend enhancements to existing training programs and workflows as necessary. Performs other dues as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
