Position Overview We are seeking a Luxury Brand Development & Community Outreach Representative who is passionate about beauty, enjoys connecting with people, and wants hands-on experience in luxury branding, marketing, and business development. This is not a traditional sales position. Your mission is to represent the Dynamic Beauty brand, build meaningful relationships within the community, identify potential clients and portfolio models, and help grow our presence throughout Central New Jersey. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in marketing, communications, business development, public relations, luxury retail, or the beauty industry. ResponsibilitiesBrand Development Represent Dynamic Beauty with professionalism, confidence, and warmth. Increase brand awareness throughout the local community. Build genuine relationships with potential clients and community partners. Community Outreach Visit luxury salons, med spas, Pilates studios, fitness studios, boutiques, networking events, bridal events, and other approved locations. Introduce Dynamic Beauty and educate potential clients about our luxury services. Recruit qualified portfolio models, brand ambassadors, and prospective clients. Build relationships that generate consultations and long-term business opportunities. Client Acquisition Schedule complimentary consultations. Follow up with prospective clients, ambassadors. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions. Marketing Support Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) as marketing and communication tools. Create engaging daily content and behind-the-scenes updates. Provide daily progress reports on outreach activities and campaign performance. Business Development Identify partnership opportunities with local businesses. Assist with promotional campaigns and community events. Support future marketing initiatives and brand expansion. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident, and outgoing Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience & Passionate about beauty , aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, fitness, or wellness industry is highly preferred but not required. Candidates with strong networking, relationship-building, and community outreach experience are encouraged to apply. Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new people Professional, polished, and well-presented Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Excellent at using social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) as marketing and communication tools Comfortable creating daily content and providing regular updates Comfortable working independently while representing a luxury brand Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation Willing to travel throughout Central New Jersey for community outreach, networking events, and business development Available to work 10-15 hours per week with a flexible schedule Preferred Qualifications Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field Recent college graduate or currently pursuing a degree Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, beauty, customer service, or sales is a plus Strong networking and interpersonal skills Passion for personal branding and social media Compensation Starting at $20-$25/hour Paid bi-weekly Performance-based bonus and commission program, rewarding qualified consultations, completed client bookings, and business development achievements Flexible work schedule Opportunity for performance-based pay increases and career advancement Valuable hands-on experience working directly with the founder of a growing luxury beauty brand Professional training and mentorship in luxury branding, community outreach, client acquisition, and business development Travel expectations and reimbursement policy will be discussed during the interview process.
