Preliminary Requirements:
Proof of non-probationary driver's license held for at least one year (status will be verified) Ability to attend orientation the first week (Tuesday-Friday, Daytime). Continued training on-site. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients, helping them live safely and comfortably. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a genuine heart for caring.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene Transport clients to appointments utilizing company vehicles Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping Support wheelchair assistance and safe transportation Provide companionship and meaningful conversation Ensure overall safety and well-being of clients Use proper lifting and bending techniques to physically support clients
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent 6 months to 1 year of experience in human services or caregiving preferred, but not mandatory Valid (for at least 1 year), non-probationary driver's license with no restrictions or provisions Minimum age: 18 years Successful background check clearance Caring attitude and dedication to supporting others Ability and willingness to safely bend and lift to assist clients Why Join Us?
