The Senior Real Estate Analyst will work closely with other members of the Acquisitions and Due Diligence team and may supervise, mentor and train other analysts. Employee will exercise independent judgment in day-to-day responsibilities with limited supervision. Essential Job Functions Perform financial analysis of prospective acquisitions and development projects Prepare investment packages Conduct market research Present market research to investors Provide edits to client investment packages Perform analysis on current portfolio Mentor and train other analysts Additional duties as may be assigned Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or graduate degree preferred
Advanced Real estate financial modeling experience required
3 or more years experience in similar role
Familiarity with accounting software
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams Skills and Abilities
Demonstrate problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Able to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Supervisor, train and mentor others
Able to use a variety of office equipment, such as computers, photocopiers, scanners, and videoconferencing and telephone systems
Computer literate - capable of performing tasks such as: create spreadsheets; compose correspondence; manage data; and create presentations, reports, and documents using desktop software and digital graphics
Exhibit discretion and good judgment
Ability to work independently
Pay:
$86,769.13 - $104,496.16 per year
