What You'll Do:

As the Caregiver Skills Trainer , you'll be responsible for developing confident, compassionate, and capable Care Professionals before they begin caring for clients independently. You'll provide hands-on instruction, competency validation, coaching, and continuing education while partnering with Human Resources, Client Care, and Scheduling to ensure every caregiver is prepared for success. Supporting both our Oakmont and Greensburg offices , you'll help maintain consistent training standards and elevate the quality of care provided throughout our organization. We're looking for someone who:

• Loves teaching and mentoring others
• Enjoys building confidence through coaching and encouragement
• Is patient, positive, and approachable
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Believes exceptional client care begins with exceptional caregiver preparation Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of direct caregiving or healthcare experience
• 3+ years of experience training, coaching, or supervising caregivers or healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to routinely travel between our Oakmont and Greensburg offices Preferred Qualifications
• Home Care experience
• CNA, LPN, RN, PTA, OTA, Medical Assistant, or similar healthcare background
• Experience caring for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias
• Experience using a Learning Management System (Activated Insights or similar) Sound like you?
