Job Description
What You'll Do Process customer orders using Sage 50 (training provided) Create and update documents, spreadsheets, and emails in Microsoft Office Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone What We're Looking For Proficient communicator — clear, confident, and personable on the phone and in writing Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn new systems (we'll train you on Sage 50) Previous office or sales experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Training in Sage 50 and ongoing skill development Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth
