Unlimited Income Potential Starting pay is $32 per session , plus travel compensation. Trainers who help grow the business by building relationships, creating content, networking, generating referrals, and representing the Body by Reuben brand will have the greatest opportunities for additional clients, bonuses, increased responsibilities, and higher income. You:

Bring professionalism and positive energy to every session. Have at least one year of personal training experience. Communicate clearly and confidently. Are comfortable with apps, social media, and basic computer tasks. Want to build your personal brand while helping grow Body by Reuben. Want to grow within a company—not just clock in and out. Responsibilities Design and implement customized training programs (in-person and online). Deliver high-quality one-on-one and small-group training sessions. Track client progress and adjust programs strategically. Educate clients on training, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits. Build strong, long-term client relationships. Contribute to the company's growth through referrals, networking, community involvement, and social media. Represent the Body by Reuben brand with professionalism both in and out of training sessions. Requirements NCCA-accredited personal training certification. Current CPR/AED certification. Reliable transportation. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
