Position Details Provide remote and on-site training to new and existing customers Provide customer support to existing customers via email and phone Log all customer support requests/issues into CRM software Testing of new product releases Update software manuals and documentation Requirements Ability to work as a team and independently Demonstrated experience training in a remote or on-site environment Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to communicate with a non-technical audience both verbally and written Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time Benefits Health Insurance through Geisinger with a company contribution towards the monthly premium Simple IRA Retirement plan through Edward Jones with a 3% company match.
