2 Ready to launch your career in the software industry? Halo Service Solutions is a rapidly growing global software company with offices in the USA, UK, and Australia. As part of this continued growth we're excited to announce we are opening our third office location in the US within Central Texas. Halo's main goal is to expand its presence in the United States and the new Central Texas office will play a key role in that growth. We are building something ambitious in Texas and this is why we need graduates who want to grow alongside us. This will be the fifth Halo office and is an exciting opportunity to both have the backing of a global software company and excitement of a startup. As with any new venture, our newest office is looking for driven graduates to join our newest project to expand Halo! Our Launch Program is designed to give you the training, experience and opportunities you need to build a successful career. Whether your interests lie in software consulting, project delivery, sales or business development, you'll gain hands-on experience, work with real customers and learn directly from experienced team members. You'll join alongside one other graduate, complete a structured three-week training program and develop the skills needed to be key leaders within this new venture. We're now opening up applications for our first-ever cohort for early 2027, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis. What is Halo? Halo Service Solutions' mission is to change the way the world works. Specifically, Halo builds software that helps organizations manage all their work in one place: requests, projects, assets, and customer support. Changing the way the world works means removing friction so teams move faster and serve people better. We are privately owned, which gives us the freedom to focus on customers over quarterly targets, keep pricing fair, and invest in our people. Inside Halo, ideas beat hierarchy. Everyone has a voice, learns from the best, and makes a real impact from day one. Some organizations we have as customers include famous names such as Red Bull, Hallmark Cards, and Microsoft. With this in mind, 95% of our team joined with little to no knowledge of the software industry, and that's perfectly fine. We're confident you'll find your place here, even if software isn't your passion. In fact, it doesn't need to be at all. Halo is one of the world's first-ever purebred unicorns. In business terms, this means we are one of the first privately owned companies to reach a total value of $1 billion without any external funding. We continue to be one of the fastest-growing software companies worldwide, leading the way in service management. Your First Three Weeks At Halo we believe in being thrown into the deep end and that people should be given real responsibility from the start. Just because this may be your first job role or first job in the software industry doesn't mean you aren't capable of making real decisions. You'll start alongside another graduate in our structured three-week training program, designed to give you a strong understanding of our products, customers, and business. Throughout your training, you'll gain experience across different areas of Halo, develop your technical and commercial skills, and work closely with experienced colleagues. You'll also have opportunities to put what you've learned into practice through hands-on tasks, presentations, and real customer scenarios. Our structured intakes mean you'll train alongside other graduates, build strong professional relationships from day one, and progress together as you begin your careers at Halo. After this initial phase of training, you'll have the opportunity to be a key figure in this new office with leadership and career opportunities in software consulting, project delivery, sales or business development. About the Role A new office means the opportunity to be involved in everything, from key business decisions to what our next team event should be! As a Graduate Trainee, you'll gain exposure to multiple commercial and client-facing areas of the business. From the outset, you'll work closely with experienced team members and senior leaders, developing both technical product knowledge and commercial awareness. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you develop your skills and demonstrate your capabilities. As our office grows, the opportunity grows with it. Within the first year you will be involved in a range of roles to work out what fits you best. Throughout this process you'll have regular one-on-one meetings and be eligible for salary increases based on your performance. What you'll be doing: Working on live customer projects and supporting new business opportunities. Analyzing customer requirements and helping design tailored solutions. Supporting the implementation and ongoing optimization of our service management platforms. Participating in client-facing discussions, product demonstrations, and internal strategy sessions. Developing your presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Gaining experience across different areas of the business to help identify your strengths and career interests.

Please note:

This is NOT a software development role. We're recruiting into commercial and client-facing areas of the business, including software consulting, project delivery, sales and business development. About You We're looking for graduates with the right attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn. You don't need previous experience in the software industry. A majority of people at Halo never studied computer science! We'll provide the training and support you need to get started. Ideally, you'll be someone who: Has a positive, can-do attitude and genuinely enjoys learning new things. Is ambitious, motivated, and eager to build a career in the software industry. Takes initiative and is comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone. Communicates confidently and can explain ideas clearly. Enjoys solving problems, thinking critically, and finding ways to improve processes. Works well with others and enjoys contributing ideas. Has an interest in software consulting, project management, sales or business development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline, completed before your start date. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good general IT literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office. Valid authorization to work in the United States by your start date. Preferred Skills & Experience Strong academic record. Previous customer-facing or customer service experience. An interest in technology, business processes, or service management. We welcome applications from candidates who may not meet every preferred qualification, including those who are currently completing their studies. What's in It for You? You'll have access to structured training, experienced colleagues, and opportunities to develop as our U.S. operations continue to grow.

Our current benefits include:
