About HOTWORX Round Rock HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that combines virtually instructed workouts with infrared heat. We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and sales-minded Trainer Sales Associate (TSA) to join our team and help create an amazing experience for our members and prospective members. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fitness, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated by helping others reach their goals while earning commission through membership sales. What You'll Do Greet members and create a welcoming, energetic studio environment Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with members Give tours of the studio and explain HOTWORX workouts and membership options Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and email Convert leads and guest visits into new memberships Schedule and conduct fitness consultations and trial visits Reach out to prospective members and re-engage past leads Promote studio specials, events, referrals, and membership promotions Assist members with questions regarding workouts, scheduling, and studio policies Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio Support local marketing, community events, and business partnerships Meet individual and studio sales goals What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking to new people Confident and comfortable asking for the sale Motivated by goals and earning commission Passionate about fitness and helping others Reliable and punctual Positive, energetic, and professional Comfortable making phone calls and sending follow-up texts Able to work independently while still being a team player Comfortable learning and explaining the HOTWORX concept Previous sales, fitness, hospitality, customer service, or membership sales experience is a plus, but not required Morning Shift Responsibilities This position is specifically looking for someone who can consistently work morning shifts . Morning responsibilities will include opening the studio, welcoming early members, responding to leads, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and helping drive membership sales throughout the shift. Compensation Hourly Rate ($13-15) + commission The more memberships you help sell, the more you can earn.
