Leadership Development Associate:
Develop professional communications skills through direct interaction with community members, supporters, and team leaders Learn how effective communications contribute to campaign performance and team success Gain exposure to leadership principles, team development, and performance management Participate in fundraising campaigns while strengthening communications and relationship-building abilities Assist fellow Leadership Development Associates with campaign coordination, outreach planning, and daily operations Learn how successful organizations use communications to build trust and create meaningful engagement Work closely with experienced leaders who provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance Support Leadership Development Associate team initiatives while developing the confidence and communications skills needed for future leadership opportunities
Leadership Development Associate Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communications skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people Strong organizational and time-management abilities Interest in leadership development, communications, and professional growth Ability to commute to our Houston office and work onsite College coursework or internship experience in Business Administration, Communications, Entrepreneurship or a related field is a plus!
