Description Adult Residential Support Professional (Full-Time 3rd Shift) Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) L.E. Phillips - Chippewa Falls, WI Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males , opening in Chippewa Falls in Spring/Summer 2026. Schedule 10pm-8am and every other weekend About the Role In this direct care role, you will support residents in recovery by providing supervision, encouragement, life-skills coaching, and a safe, structured environment. You'll work closely with residents to support treatment goals while responding appropriately to daily needs, challenges, and crisis situations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support residents in a residential treatment setting Serve as a positive role model and provide daily encouragement Document observations and maintain accurate records Support treatment plans and resident goals Assist with medication monitoring/administration Help with housekeeping, laundry, meals, and daily living activities Transport residents to appointments and community activities Facilitate educational and life-skills activities Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe environment Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Experience in human services, behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join LSS?
