Job Description
Training Coordinator Martinsburg, WV 1 st Shift $60k- $65k with benefits - Medical, Dental, 401k, Pay advancement options, Holidays, and PTO Job Summary The training coordinator organizes, develops, and oversees employee training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance, acting as a key link between staff needs and organizational goals. Key duties include conducting needs assessments, scheduling sessions, creating materials, and evaluating effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Conduct new hire orientation and hands on training for machine operation, safety procedures, and quality processes. Organize training sessions with supervisors, manage training schedules, and coordinate on-the-job coaching.
•Maintain training documentation, ensure compliance with safety/quality standards (e.g.
ISO, GMPS
) and update the training management system (LMS). Identify skill gaps through observation and feedback to create targeted training materials, standard operating procedures, (SOPs), and work instructions. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance. Qualifications 1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Knowledge of GMP Excellent verbal and written skills to teach employees at all levels. Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel), and experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) Ability to coordinate, schedule, and tack multiple training projects concurrently. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Key Competencies Relationship management, time management and organization, conflict resolution, negotiation, adaptability, teamwork, accountability and detail oriented. Pay Details:
