As a Dog Bather , you'll help keep our furry guests clean, comfortable, and looking their best. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a fun, fast-paced environment where every day brings a new group of four-legged personalities.
Our goal is simple:
happy, healthy, clean dogs and happy pet parents. What You'll Do Bathe, shampoo, rinse, dry, and brush dogs according to their individual needs. Ensure every pet is handled safely, calmly, and with care throughout the bathing process. Follow proper bathing and drying techniques based on each dog's coat type and comfort level. Monitor pets for signs of stress, discomfort, or changes in behavior and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member. Clean and sanitize bathing areas, tools, kennels, and workspaces throughout the day. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming environment. Help keep dogs comfortable before and after their bath. Work closely with the grooming and pet care team to provide an exceptional experience for every guest. Follow all animal-care, safety, and sanitation procedures. What We're Looking For You genuinely love dogs and enjoy working with all sizes, breeds, and personalities. You're patient, gentle, and comfortable handling dogs. You're dependable, responsible, and ready to be part of a team. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You don't mind getting wet or spending your day on your feet. You can stand, bend, squat, kneel, lift, and safely handle dogs as needed. You pay attention to details and take pride in doing things the right way. You're willing to learn and develop your animal-care and bathing skills. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
