• A workplace where your hard work and skills are appreciated Responsibilities As a groomer, you will be responsible for:
• Providing professional grooming services for dogs and/or cats
• Bathing, drying, brushing, and de-shedding
• Nail trims and basic hygiene services
• Breed-specific haircuts and styling
• Scissoring and finishing work
• Properly handling and safely restraining pets throughout the grooming process
• Evaluating each pet's coat, skin, temperament, and overall condition
• Communicating concerns such as matting, skin abnormalities, parasites, injuries, or other issues to management and clients when appropriate
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming area
• Safely operating and maintaining grooming equipment
• Providing compassionate, patient care to every pet
• Following salon safety procedures and grooming standards
• Working as part of a team and helping maintain a positive salon environment
• Taking pride in the quality of your work and the experience you provide for both pets and their owners Who We're Looking For We want groomers who are:
