Doggie Jogs, a well-established local dog-walking company serving Arlington, Lexington & Winchester for 20+ years, is looking for a reliable, trustworthy and responsible Professional Dog Walker to join our team. Monday-Friday | Approximately 9 AM-3 PM $500-$750+ per week depending on route & availability W-2 Employee | Mileage Compensation | Recurring Clients This is not a gig-app position. You'll develop relationships with regular clients and their dogs while working as part of a small, established local team. We're looking for someone who takes responsibility seriously, shows up when they say they will, and genuinely loves dogs. Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required. ⸻ What You'll Do Walk and care for dogs according to their individual needs Follow detailed client instructions Safely handle dogs of different sizes and personalities Enter clients' homes and secure pets safely Communicate professionally with clients and the Doggie Jogs team Maintain a consistent daily route Work independently while remaining in communication with management The Person We're Looking For Reliability is our #1 priority. We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and consistently shows up on time Has excellent judgment and common sense Is trustworthy and respectful of people's homes Genuinely enjoys working with dogs Is physically capable of walking several dogs throughout the day Is comfortable working outdoors in New England weather Can work independently Has excellent communication skills Wants a long-term position, not just occasional work Previous experience in dog walking, pet care, veterinary medicine, grooming, boarding, daycare, or animal handling is a plus—but we will train the right person.
