We are proud winners of Best of the South Shore - Best Pet Service (2022 & 2024). We provide a calm, crate-free grooming experience with private grooming rooms and a fully equipped mobile grooming van. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Pet Groomer to join our growing team. Position Provide full-service grooming for dogs, cats, and small animals of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, including: Bathing and drying Breed-standard and custom haircuts De-matting and coat maintenance Nail trims, ear cleaning, and finishing work Work in our Hull salon and/or mobile grooming van while delivering the personalized care our repeat clients value. Our front desk manages scheduling and client communication so you can focus on grooming and building lasting client relationships. Compensation $30-$35/hour, based on experience 24-40 hours/week W-2 employee (not 1099) Typical full-time groomers earn approximately $1,200+/week in wages plus $350-$500+/week in tips Benefits & Perks Mentorship from a groomer with 20+ years of experience 1 week accrued paid time off Flexible schedule All grooming tools and equipment provided Professional sharpening included Paid continuing education, workshops, and convention attendance Quarterly complimentary one-hour massage Catered weekly team lunch Fully stocked break room Required Qualifications 1-2 years of professional grooming experience or equivalent training Confident handling of dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments Knowledge of breed-standard trims and custom client requests Calm, patient, and compassionate approach to animal care Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Experience grooming cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, or birds Mobile grooming experience Computer based CRM and POS experience Pet First Aid/CPR certification

Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday:

8:00 AM-4:00

PM Sunday:

Closed Full-time and part-time positions available. Full-time team members receive scheduling priority for 24-40 hours per week.
