Summary As a Dog Walker at Platinum Paws Pet Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our furry clients. This position involves providing attentive and loving care to dogs during their walks while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Walk dogs of various sizes and breeds, ensuring their safety and well-being. Provide companionship and exercise for dogs during walks. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior and needs. Maintain accurate records of each walk, including time spent and any incidents. Ensure all dogs are leashed properly and follow safety protocols during outings. Assist with additional pet care tasks as needed, such as feeding or administering medication. Requirements Experience with animal handling and care is essential. Strong customer service skills to build rapport with pet owners. Ability to manage multiple dogs safely during walks. Basic knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques is a plus. Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
