Responsibilities Provide attentive pet care by feeding, watering, exercising, and monitoring animals' health and behavior throughout their stay Maintain cleanliness of kennels and common areas through regular sanitization and organization Handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques, ensuring their comfort and security during interactions Perform outdoor work such as walking dogs, cleaning outdoor play areas, and ensuring the environment is secure and sanitary Collaborate with team members during heavy lifting tasks like moving supplies or large animals to ensure safety for all involved Skills Prior veterinary experience or veterinary technician experience is highly valued for understanding animal health needs Experience in pet sitting or animal care facilities demonstrates your ability to handle diverse breeds and temperaments Knowledge of dog training techniques and animal behavior helps promote positive interactions with pets Strong animal handling skills combined with proficiency in animal restraint ensure safe management of all animals Excellent customer service skills enable effective communication with pet owners and team members Ability to perform cleaning tasks diligently while maintaining pet care facility sanitization standards Outdoor work experience enhances your ability to manage pets in various environments while ensuring safety and cleanliness Join us in creating a safe, caring environment where every pet feels loved!
