Our groomers are supplied with professional grooming tools and products, including: Andis Cordless Clippers Wahl 5-in-1 Clippers Buttercut Blades Wide Blades Chris Christensen Brushes Kenchii Shears iGroom bathing products Carhart Scrubs North Face Winter Coats We also cover 100% of blade and shear sharpening costs. Focus on Grooming We have a dedicated scheduling coordinator who manages appointment scheduling, route planning, and client communication. That means no answering phones, no returning voicemails after work, and no worrying about booking appointments. Simply come to work, drive safely, and focus on providing exceptional grooms. A Supportive Team Grooming With Kate is owned by people with grooming experience who understand the day-to-day demands of this career. We work hard to create a positive, respectful environment where our groomers have the support they need to be successful. Responsibilities Provide high-quality grooming services in a fully equipped mobile grooming unit. Build positive relationships with clients and their pets. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional grooming vehicle. Handle pets with patience, care, and compassion. Follow safe driving practices while operating company vehicles. Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude throughout the workday.
