About us Poets Pet Parlor Inc. is a small business in Marquette, MI. We are professional, Dog and Cat grooming Salon.

This position requires a clear and calm demeanor, as well as a proactive attitude. A Pet Bather will be responsible for providing comfort, care and education to animals as needed. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with an energetic, lively work environment and can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Work with people who are friendly to you and their pets. Be physically active by walking, bending, and reaching. Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to learn how to use professional pet grooming equipment such high velocity dryers, and grooming equipment. Be able to read and follow instructions. Full and Part time positions available.

$15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Do you understand that dog bathing requires you to stand for 5-8 hour shifts, includes lifting large dogs, and loud noises? Will you be Available to work a 4-6 hours shift 1-3 days a week min. Grooming Salon is open M-F and on Saturday a Month 8am-4pm Shifts Please include your days/times available below; Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)
