Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Kennel Worker and become a vital part of providing exceptional care for animals in our pet care facility. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for pets, ensuring their well-being through attentive animal handling and care. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a positive experience for both pets and their owners, supporting their health and happiness every day. Responsibilities Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, watering, and administering medications as directed Maintain cleanliness of kennels, cages, and common areas through regular sanitization and organization Handle animals with gentle restraint techniques to ensure safety during cleaning, feeding, and medical procedures Monitor animal behavior to identify signs of stress or illness and report concerns promptly Assist with pet boarding, pet sitting, and outdoor walks to promote physical activity and mental stimulation Uphold pet care facility sanitization standards to ensure a hygienic environment for animals and staff Skills Strong animal handling skills Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during kennel cleaning or equipment setup Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and visitors Outdoor work experience to handle pets during walks or outdoor playtime Work in a fast pace environment and multi task Join us in creating a caring atmosphere where animals feel safe and loved!
