Duties Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping tailored to each pet's breed and individual needs Assess each pet's coat condition and skin health to recommend appropriate grooming treatments or products Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and well-maintained Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their preferences and provide grooming advice or recommendations Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow Provide gentle handling and reassurance to pets during grooming sessions to ensure a calm, safe environment Qualifications Proven experience in pet grooming or related personal service roles such as salon for at least 1 yr. Familiarity with grooming tools, techniques, and breed-specific styling standards Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with pet owners Ability to manage appointment schedules effectively using booking software Knowledge of animal behavior and handling techniques to ensure safety for pets and staff alike Join us in creating happy, healthy pets by delivering top-quality grooming services!
