PLEASE NOTE

This is not a traditional 9-5 or guaranteed 40-hour-per-week position. Hours vary based on client needs and your availability. This role is best suited for someone looking to supplement their current income. What You'll Do As a Pet Care Specialist, you'll travel to clients' homes to care for their pets while they're working, traveling, or simply need an extra helping hand.

Services may include:

Dog walking Potty breaks Feeding and fresh water Playtime and companionship Cat and small animal care Administering medications when needed Drop-in pet sitting visits Evening and weekend care Holiday pet care Occasional overnight opportunities Sending clients adorable photos and updates after visits We're Looking for Someone Who... Lives in or very close to Surf City, Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge, or Hampstead Has open and flexible availability Is available for a combination of weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays Can accept visits that may come up throughout the week Is looking for supplemental/extra income Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Is comfortable driving between clients' homes Is comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes Is dependable — pets are counting on you! Has a smartphone and can easily use an app for scheduling and visit updates Is comfortable working independently Truly loves animals and takes their care seriously ❤ Previous professional pet care experience is a plus, but the right dependable, animal-loving person is what we're really looking for!
