You'll work in a clean, modern, climate-controlled mobile grooming salon. Instead of a crowded salon with constant barking and distractions, you'll work one-on-one with dogs while building relationships with loyal customers who truly appreciate the service you provide. Compensation Your training begins at:

$15.00 per hour (paid training) As your skills and confidence grow, you'll advance through our structured compensation program: Paid training Hourly pay plus tips Competitive performance-based compensation plus 100% of your earned tips As your experience and productivity increase, so does your earning potential. What You'll Do Bathe and groom dogs safely and compassionately Learn professional grooming techniques and Captain Fluff grooming standards Provide exceptional customer service Maintain a clean, organized mobile grooming salon Safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments Build lasting relationships with customers and their pets Help create an outstanding experience for every client What We're Looking For The right person is: Passionate about dogs Friendly and positive Dependable Honest Detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Eager to learn Takes pride in doing quality work Professional grooming experience is appreciated but not required . We believe great customer service, reliability, and a positive attitude are just as important as grooming experience. Requirements Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation to our Dawson location Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes Strong communication and customer service skills Growth Opportunities This isn't just a job opening.
