Responsibilities Provide safe, professional grooming services based on each client's requests and each pet's individual needs Perform breed-specific and customized haircuts Assess pets' coats, skin, behavior, and overall condition before beginning services Communicate clearly with the front desk regarding client requests and recommended services Treat every pet patiently, compassionately, and professionally Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming station Follow all Prestige Pet Hotel & Spa safety and sanitation standards Work cooperatively with bathers, front desk staff, and the pet-care team Ideal Candidate Professional pet-grooming experience Strong scissoring, clipping, bathing, drying, and nail-care skills Able to groom dogs safely and efficiently Patient and confident when working with pets of different sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments Dependable, organized, and professional Comfortable communicating with clients and team members Takes pride in producing high-quality work and creating an excellent client experience A grooming portfolio or photographs of your previous work are strongly encouraged. Compensation 55% commission on all grooming services, plus 100% of tips. Your earning potential depends on the number and type of appointments you choose to accept.
