Experienced Dog Coach - Group Play Supervisor Fenway Bark Dog Resort | Clinton, MA Do you have experience working with groups of dogs and a passion for creating a safe, enriching, and fun environment? Fenway Bark Dog Resort is looking for an experienced Dog Coach to join our growing team! We're not your average daycare. At Fenway Bark, we believe dogs deserve more than just supervised play—they deserve enriching experiences that keep their minds and bodies engaged every day.
What You'll Do:
Safely supervise and manage group play for dogs of all sizes and personalities. Read canine body language and proactively maintain a safe play environment. Engage dogs through structured activities and enrichment opportunities. Assist with feeding, medication administration (if trained), cleaning, and daily care. Build positive relationships with both dogs and their families. Work as part of a fun, supportive team dedicated to exceptional canine care.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous professional experience supervising group play in a dog daycare, boarding facility, shelter, or similar setting. Has excellent knowledge of canine behavior and body language. Is confident making quick decisions to keep dogs safe. Is reliable, organized, energetic, and self-motivated. Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Can lift 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day. Works well independently and as part of a team. Has weekend availability.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with canine enrichment activities, training, or behavior modification. Fear Free, CPR/First Aid, or other canine certifications. Grooming or bathing experience is a plus.
