Rufferee (Kennel Technician) Adventure Days Dog Ranch is looking for dependable, hardworking animal lovers to join our team as a Rufferee (Kennel Technician). If you love dogs, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! As a Rufferee, you'll play an essential role in the daily care, safety, and well-being of our dogs. This is a hands-on position that requires responsibility, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for working with animals. Available Shifts Opening Shift Open the facility and prepare for the day. Take all dogs out for their first potty break. Feed breakfast and ensure each dog receives the correct meal. Administer morning medications. Organize dogs into their appropriate playgroups. Assist with hikes and daily activities. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. Closing Shift Supervise afternoon playgroups and assist with hikes. Feed dinner and administer evening medications. Take all dogs out for their last potty break before bedtime. Ensure every dog is safely tucked in and accounted for before closing. Clean and sanitize the facility. Pick up waste throughout the property. Assist with baths and learn basic bathing skills as needed. General Responsibilities Monitor dog behavior and help ensure dogs remain in the appropriate social groups. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment. Work closely with the team to provide exceptional care for every dog. Assist with daily operations and help wherever needed. Learn new skills and continue growing within the company.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Reliable, punctual, and accountable. Passionate about dogs and their well-being. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to lift 50+ pounds and remain active throughout the shift. Calm, observant, and able to read dog body language. A positive team player with a strong work ethic.
