Part-Time or Full-Time $16-$19/hour On-site in Celina, TX Lead the team at a brand-new dog resort. Hometown Paws Dog Daycare & Resort is a luxury dog daycare and boarding resort opening in Celina, TX this August, and we are hiring experienced team leads to help us open strong. As a Pack Leader, you set the tone throughout: you read the dogs, guide the team, and make sure every dog is safe and every owner leaves confident. If you have dog-care experience and want a role with real ownership and a clear path up, this is it. What you'll do Lead play-yard supervision and keep groups safe, balanced, and calm Read canine body language and step in early to keep play healthy Run morning suite cleaning and keep the facility to a high standard Handle bathing and grooming prep calmly and confidently Set the example for the team and help newer associates grow Be a warm, clear point of contact for owners at drop-off and pickup What we're looking for Experience preferred. Prior work in dog daycare, boarding, veterinary, grooming, or animal shelters is a strong plus. Standout candidates without it are still encouraged to apply. Confident, calm handling of dogs of all sizes and temperaments Strong communication and steady judgment under pressure Reliability and the kind of presence a team naturally follows Comfort on your feet, outdoors in Texas weather, lifting up to 50 lbs.
