Job Description
Licensed Barber 100% commission +tips We are seeking an experienced professional Licensed Barber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the industry, committed to exceptional customer service, and dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for every client. In this role, you will provide professional barberology tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences. You will also contribute to a clean, professional, positive environment while maintaining lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, styling Perform services using professional tools and techniques, including straight-razor shaving. Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide personalized recommendations. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations. Properly sanitize and sterilize tools, equipment, and workstations between services. Use management software, such as "Clover" to schedule appointments and process retail transactions. Assist with front-desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, managing appointments and wait times, and supporting an efficient daily workflow. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace. Qualifications Current and valid state Barber or Cosmetology License . Previous experience in a barbershop, salon Strong skills in haircutting, styling, shaving, beard grooming, and other relevant barber services. Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and applicable health regulations. Comfortable using a point-of-sale software such as "Clover" Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide thoughtful, professional recommendations. Reliable , professional , and able to work effectively as part of a team. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
