This position is ideal for an esthetician who is passionate about delivering elevated client experiences, takes pride in exceptional service, and wants to grow within a high-end, fast-paced beauty environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, polished, reliable, confident with clients, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and technique. Experience with lash lifts, lash extensions, and brow services is highly valued. Our estheticians work with a diverse and discerning clientele and are expected to provide personalized treatments while creating a warm, luxurious, and professional experience from consultation through aftercare. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, receptive to continued education, comfortable working as part of a team, and motivated to build a strong clientele while representing a premium beauty brand. California Esthetician or Cosmetology license required. Duties Perform luxury lash lift and tint services Perform brow lamination, tinting, shaping, waxing, and tweezing Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic options tailored to their skin type and goals. Maintain exceptional service standards and create a luxury client experience Build strong relationships with clients and encourage rebooking Keep treatment rooms, tools, equipment, and workstations clean and sanitized Follow all California sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements Maintain professional appearance and presentation at all times Stay knowledgeable about salon services, products, protocols, and new treatment techniques Participate in ongoing education and in-house training Assist with before-and-after photos and treatment content when needed Support retail product recommendations and sales Work efficiently within scheduled appointment times Collaborate with the front desk, management, and other estheticians to ensure smooth daily operations Provide consistent, high-quality results while following salon protocols and service standards Help create a welcoming, polished, and professional environment for every client Skills Lash lift and brow lamination technique Ability to learn in a fast paced environment Excellent client communication skills Strong understanding of skin types, concerns, and product compatibility Exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and polished presentation Ability to provide a luxury client experience Strong time management and organization Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Consistency in treatment results Strong sanitation and safety knowledge Retail and product recommendation skills Ability to build client relationships and encourage retention Team-oriented and collaborative Reliable, punctual, and responsible Coachable and open to continued education Confident working with high-end and discerning clientele Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols Passion for beauty, skincare, lashes, and continued professional growth Join our team where your skills will shine!
