Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide consultations on hair care and color theory, and recommend retail products for at-home maintenance. Support front desk operations when needed by assisting with client check-ins, scheduling appointments, and managing client communication. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations. Experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client communication and customer service excellence. Ability to perform various beauty treatments including hair coloring, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and straight razor shaves. Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols to ensure a clean working environment. Demonstrated ability to mentor or support team members is a plus; retail sales experience is highly valued.
